Collections Etc. Premier Savings: How It Works

Collections Etc. Premier Savings offers exclusive benefits designed for our best customers. With your membership, you also receive all of the following benefits, subject to the terms and conditions below:

  • Automatic 10% Back and unlimited shipping rebates on your Collections Etc. Purchases 
  • 10% Back on Purchases at 1,000+ Marketplace retailers, Grocery, and on Everyday Savings, up to $1,000 in the aggregate per 12-month membership period 
  • Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on purchases from 1,000+ eligible Marketplace retailers 
  • Return Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on purchases from Collections Etc. and 1,000+ eligible Marketplace retailers 
  • Automatic Savings Center payout via Merchandise Certificate

Your Collections Etc. Premier Savings benefits are available only to you and to permanent residents of your household who are at least 18 years old. In addition, membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, at our sole discretion, will not be eligible for membership benefits. Includes orders placed with Collections Etc., Taylor Gifts and Better Senior Living.

10% Back on Collections Etc. Purchases

As a member, you will receive 10% back on every purchase you make with Collections, Etc. during your active membership. The 10% is based on your order amount (minus taxes and fees). It will be applied to your Savings Center and paid out in the form of a Merchandise Certificate. You can earn 10% back on an unlimited number of purchases throughout your membership year.

How to receive 10% back:

  • Online & Phone Orders: Complete your purchase online or over the phone as you normally would. Your 10% back will be applied automatically to your Savings Center.
  • Mail Orders: After you have made your purchase from Collections, Etc., submit a rebate claim by sending your dated proof-of-purchase documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details.

Limits & Details:

The 10% back is valid on merchandise only. Taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are not included.

10% Back on Marketplace Purchases

As a member, you receive 10% back when you shop at eligible retailers in the Marketplace. This 10% is based on your order sub-total (minus taxes and fees). It will be applied to your Savings Center and paid out in the form of a Merchandise Certificate. Merchandise Certificate expire one year from date of issue. To receive 10% back on online orders, start by logging on at CollectionsEtcPremierSavings.com. Click through the Marketplace links to the retailer website and complete your purchase during that session in the browser window that opens from that link. Your 10% back will be applied automatically to your Savings Center. To receive 10% back on in-store, or on mail or phone orders with Marketplace Retailers, start by shopping with any retailer listed in our Marketplace network. Submit a rebate claim online, and send us a copy of your receipt, or complete a rebate form and send your dated proof-of-purchase documentation. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details. 

Limits & Details:

To qualify for 10% back, purchases must be made at the retailers listed on the program website, and you must be an active member at the time of purchase. This 10% back is valid on merchandise only. Marketplace retailers are subject to change without notice; to see the most up-to-date list, please log on to CollectionsEtcPremierSavings.com or call 877-769-9731. Your savings on online Marketplace purchases will automatically appear in the Savings Center within 5-7 days of your purchase being shipped. Your savings on in-store, mail or phone purchases will appear in your Savings Center upon verification and processing, which can take 3-6 weeks after your rebate claim and proof of purchase has been received. Rebates for in-store or catalog Marketplace purchases must be dated and submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. You can earn a maximum of $1,000 in  Cash Back every 12-month membership period from Marketplace, Grocery, and Everyday Savings purchases combined. One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 10% reimbursement. Purchases of gift cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer’s bill-pay service, are not eligible for 10% back. Restrictions imposed by a participating retailer may apply. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 10% back. To view a specific retailer’s restrictions, please click the restrictions link on that retailer’s page on CollectionsEtcPremierSavings.com. The 10% back is valid on an order sub-total only. Taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are not included. If a retailer offers a discount or other deal on a purchase, the 10% back will be applied to the sub-total price you pay after all such reductions are applied. 

 

10% Back with Grocery and Everyday Savings

As a member, you can also earn 10% Back on purchases or services at retailers outside of the Marketplace. You are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 in back every 12-month membership period from Marketplace, Grocery, and Everyday Savings purchases combined. 

 Earn savings on purchases made in the following categories: 

  • Grocery 
  • Restaurants, dining, takeout 
  • Travel 
  • Fuel 
  • Pet purchases and services (grooming, daycare, vet, etc.) 
  • Home services (lawn care, repairs, maintenance) 
  • Car services (repairs, maintenance, etc.) 
  • Beauty services (hair care, nail care, etc.) 

How to receive 10% Back with Everyday Savings:

Simply shop and submit a rebate claim with valid proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 10% back with Everyday Savings. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or mail your claim for 10% back. This 10% back amount is based on the subtotal of your final, qualifying purchase amount (minus taxes and fees) after any and all discounts or other offers from the store, service provider, or any other parties are applied. 

Submit your claim online: 

  1. Sign into your Collections Etc. Premier Savings account. 
  1. On your main menu, click “Rebates.” 
  1. Select the “10% Back” rebate type and enter your purchase information. 
  1. Submit or email your proof of purchase to [email protected] Be sure to paste your claim number into the subject line of your email.

Please note that all rebate claims must be submitted within 60 days of your purchase. Once we receive your mailed proof-of-purchase documentation, we'll review your claim. Once your claim is approved, we'll add your rebate to your Savings. This may take 3-6 weeks from submission to show in your Savings. We will issue a Merchandise Certificate for the amount in your Savings. For more information, please see the “Savings” section below. 

Proof of purchase: 

All of your rebate claims must be submitted with valid proof-of-purchase documentation. Your proof-of-purchase documentation must be unaltered and include the purchase date, purchase total, items purchased, and the shipping and handling charges you paid. 

Examples of valid proof of purchase include: 

  • An order confirmation page 
  • An order confirmation email 
  • A packing slip 
  • A sales receipt 

 

Limits & Details: 

To qualify for 10% back, you must be an active Collections Etc. Premier Savings member at the time of your purchase. Gift card purchases, money orders as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service, taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are not included in your 10% back savings. Claims for vehicles, insurance and recurring bills (including medical and loan payments) are not eligible for 10% Back.   You are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 back every 12-month membership period from Marketplace, Grocery, and Everyday Savings purchases combined.  

Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates

As a member, you can claim an unlimited number of standard shipping rebates on your Collections, Etc. purchases and up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on your Marketplace purchases. You can claim up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on return shipping charges on Collections, Etc. and Marketplace purchases combined (excluding grocery delivery). Rebates will be applied to your Savings Center and paid out in the form of a Merchandise Certificate.

How to receive shipping rebates:

After you make your purchase or return a purchase, submit a rebate claim along with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation and your return documentation when applicable. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details.

Limits & Details:

You are eligible for a maximum of $1,000 per membership year, including up to $500 in shipping rebates from Marketplace retailers. Receive unlimited standard shipping rebates on purchases from Collections, Etc.  Receive return Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per order and $500 per membership year on purchases from Collections Etc. and 1,000+ eligible Marketplace retailers combined (excluding grocery delivery)  

Return shipping rebate documents must be dated and submitted within 60 days of your return date. Return shipping rebates require two forms of documentation: valid proof-of-purchase and a valid proof of your return shipping charge. Please refer to the “How to Submit a Rebate” section for details. Only one return shipping rebate claim can be made per each original order. Insurance coverage for return shipping of the item is not provided under the program. 

How to Submit a Rebate

To submit a claim through the mail, send your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your clearly written name, address and phone number to: Collections Etc. Premier Savings Rebates, P.O. Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Please be sure to write your claim number on all documentation. Upon receipt of your claim form and the required documentation, we will enter your rebate claim(s) in your Savings Center. You can review the status of any completed rebate claim at any time via your Savings Center account.

To submit a rebate claim online, visit the “Rebates” tab on CollectionsEtcPremierSavings.com, and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form. You can email your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your claim number, to [email protected]. Online submissions will appear in your Savings Center upon verification and processing, which can take 3-6 weeks. You can also send your proof-of-purchase documentation by mail to: Collections Etc. Premier Savings Rebates, P.O. Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. Please be sure to write your claim number on all documentation. Mailed submissions will appear in the Savings Center upon approval, which can take 3-6 weeks from the postmark date of your submission.

Proof-of-purchase documentation must list the retailer, purchase date, item(s) purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge (if applicable). Acceptable documents include a sales receipt, a packing slip, an order or shipping confirmation email, or an order confirmation or shipping confirmation page. For return shipping rebates, you must provide two forms of documentation with your claim: Valid proof of your original purchase and a receipt for the return shipping charge. Proof-of-purchase documentation must display the price paid, retailer information, and purchase and shipping dates. Return shipping documentation must include the shipping charge and the destination address; USPS receipts that indicate the destination zip code are acceptable. (NOTE: If a return label is provided by the retailer, and the return shipping fee is deducted from your store refund/credit, please provide a copy of your statement showing the credit amount less the return shipping fee.)

Savings Center

The savings you earn through the program are deposited into your Savings Center and sent out in the form of a Merchandise Certificate to the email or mailing address on file for you. As long as your membership is active, during the first week of any month we will mail you a Merchandise Certificate for the balance in your Savings Center.

Limits & Details:

You can view your current Savings Center balances and activity by visiting CollectionsEtcPremierSavings.com, or you can ask about any balances or activity by calling Customer Service anytime at (877) 769 - 9731. Should you cancel your membership, you will receive a Merchandise Certificate for the amount remaining in your Savings Center after your savings payouts have been processed.
